Clean hotel, really enjoyed to be right by the metro thanks to reasonably priced location. Very friendly people were working here. My twin room and bed were comfortable. Everything was simply perfectly fine😃

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, especially Vanesa, who gave us great recommendations for local attractions and dining options. The hotel is conveniently located just 2 minutes away from the nearest subway station, making it easy to explore the city. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a fantastic bed. We also appreciated the option to skip room cleaning in exchange for a nightly refund. The hotel's quiet neighborhood and the free coffee and hot beverages machine in the lobby were added bonuses. we were very happy with our stay.

Nothing that I didn't like.

I absolutely loved the simple pieces of art scattered throughout the hotel. They added a touch of elegance and beauty to the place. The general areas, such as the lobby and corridors, were clean and well-maintained, making it easy for senior people to navigate around. The hotel's accessibility, whether you arrive by plane, train, or car, was also very convenient for us seniors.

If I had to ask for one thing to make the vacation even better for us senior folks, it would be to have more assistance from the children working there. Sometimes, it would have been helpful to have someone offer a helping hand with our luggage or provide extra support when needed.
